SPINACH COCONUT PEAR SMOOTHIE

PREPARATION

  • I often feel like eating fresh fruit or vegetables, but don't have the time to prepare something for a long time. That's why I love this green smoothie from the blender: nothing is faster, easier and healthier! You should definitely try it with flaxseed, which gives it some consistency and is a great source of fiber and protein.

  • 1. Wash the fruits and vegetables and cut them into small pieces.

  • 2. First add water (or coconut water) to the container. Then add the fruits, vegetables, mint and flaxseeds.

  • 3. For the finest and smoothest result possible, blend the ingredients for 30 to 60 seconds.

  • 4. Add a few ice cubes if you like and enjoy your power drink

  • This recipe was created in cooperation with KitchenAid. The KitchenAid Magnetic Drive Blender  ("Smoothie" function) is suitable for the preparation.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml coconut water or water

  • 1 pear without core and stalk

  • 100 g fresh baby spinach

  • 1 lime, peeled

  • ½ cucumber

  • a handful of green grapes

  • a handful of mint

  • a 2 x 2 cm piece of fresh ginger

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
