SPINACH COCONUT PEAR SMOOTHIE
PREPARATION
I often feel like eating fresh fruit or vegetables, but don't have the time to prepare something for a long time. That's why I love this green smoothie from the blender: nothing is faster, easier and healthier! You should definitely try it with flaxseed, which gives it some consistency and is a great source of fiber and protein.
1. Wash the fruits and vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
2. First add water (or coconut water) to the container. Then add the fruits, vegetables, mint and flaxseeds.
3. For the finest and smoothest result possible, blend the ingredients for 30 to 60 seconds.
4. Add a few ice cubes if you like and enjoy your power drink
