  1. Preheat the oven to 185°C (gas: level 2-3, fan: 160°C). Butter the Hannes Easter bunny mold (e.g. from Kaiser Backformen) and dust lightly with flour.

  2. Whisk together the milk and eggs and set aside.

  3. Measure all dry ingredients and place in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and, using a hand mixer, mix in half of the milk and egg mixture. Blend on medium for 30 seconds. Add the second half of the liquid and stir for another 20 seconds.

  5. Pour the batter into the baking pan and spread evenly. Bake about 35 minutes. Test the doneness with a toothpick. Allow the bunny to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the baking pan.

  6. For the meadow, knead the raw marzipan mixture with powdered sugar and color it green. Form the colored raw marzipan mixture into a block and roughly grate it on the mandolin to create a green meadow. Then decorate the meadow with marzipan carrots.
